Product information

Yes! We are always on the hunt for the freshest ingredients to create our products. The key to all natural products is to ensure the products are potent and as fresh as possible.

You bet! While we aim to eliminate packaging from all of our products, there are still some products that require some help staying put. All packaging is 100% recyclable though, and can be brought back to our physical locations for a fun treat!

Orders

Once an order has been placed, product information such as model, size, color, and quantity cannot be changed. If you need to update these details, we recommend cancelling the order and purchasing again.

 

If your order has not yet been processed by the warehouse, you may update:

  • Contact information (name, email address, phone number)
  • Shipping address

 

Please contact our Customer Happiness Team if you would like to make any changes to your order. 

For Buy with Prime orders, since they are fulfilled by Amazon, please reach out to Amazon Customer Service for help.

Orders placed on govostech.com can usually be canceled via our Chatbot within 90 minutes of placement. For orders placed more than 90 minutes ago, please contact our Customer Happiness Team. However, the cancellation cannot be guaranteed, as it depends on the processing stage in the warehouse and can only be successfully cancelled if it has not yet been processed.

For Buy with Prime orders, you can cancel orders on Amazon before fulfillment. Log in to your Amazon Prime account > Go to "Your Orders" > Under "Buy with Prime Orders," find the specific order and select "Cancel Items."

Orders placed on govostech.com by 12 AM EST usually ship on the same business day. If an order is placed after 12 AM EST, it will usually be shipped on the following business day. Please note that shipping timelines may be affected by extreme weather conditions or product stock availability, which could cause slight delays. During promotion periods, order volume may surge, and order processing times could be slightly longer than usual.


If your order hasn’t shipped within three business days, please contact our Customer Happiness Team for further help. 


For Buy with Prime orders, since they are fulfilled by Amazon, please contact Amazon Customer Service for support.

Our shipping rates are determined by location and the total weight of your order. Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout!

If you’re not happy with a certain product, that’s okay! We just ask that returned items be 50% intact and returned with their original packaging. You can return items up to 45 days after the date it was shipped.
