Govos Smart Ring Pre‑Order Terms & Conditions

These Pre‑Order Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the reservation and purchase of govos smart ring products (“Product”) through the govos website and related services. By placing a pre‑order, you agree to these Terms.


1. Pre‑Order Nature

The Product offered on this website is currently in the pre‑sale / pre‑order stage. By placing a pre‑order, you reserve the opportunity to purchase and receive the Product once it becomes commercially available.

A pre‑order does not guarantee immediate shipment, final availability, or exact delivery timing.


2. Product Information and Development Changes

govos is continuously improving the Product during development, testing, manufacturing, and certification processes.

As a result:

  • Final hardware, software, specifications, features, materials, colors, packaging, sensors, measurements, battery performance, AI functionality, app experience, and accessories may differ from information displayed at the time of pre‑order.
  • Product renderings, images, videos, and demonstrations are for illustrative and promotional purposes only and may not represent the final production version.
  • Certain advertised or previewed features may be modified, delayed, limited by region, require future software updates, require subscriptions, or become unavailable depending on technical, regulatory, manufacturing, or compatibility considerations.
  • Estimated performance data and health‑related insights are based on internal testing and are subject to change.

By placing a pre‑order, you acknowledge and accept that reasonable differences between pre‑release materials and the final delivered Product may occur.


3. Estimated Shipping and Delivery

Any shipping or delivery dates provided by govos are estimates only.

Production, certification, logistics, customs, supply chain conditions, weather events, global transportation issues, regulatory review, or other circumstances beyond govos’ reasonable control may result in delays.

govos does not guarantee shipment or delivery by any specific date.


4. Pricing and Taxes

Pre‑order pricing, promotional pricing, early supporter offers, bundled offers, or gifts may be time‑limited and subject to change.

Applicable taxes, duties, import fees, customs charges, currency conversion fees, or local governmental charges may apply depending on the destination country or region and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.


5. Payment Authorization

By submitting a pre‑order, you authorize govos and its payment partners to charge the payment method provided at checkout.

Depending on the payment provider, you may be charged immediately at the time of pre‑order or upon shipment.

If payment authorization fails or is reversed, govos reserves the right to cancel the pre‑order.


6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customers may request cancellation of a pre‑order before shipment by contacting govos customer support.

Refund eligibility may vary depending on:

  • payment processing fees,

  • and applicable consumer protection laws.

Once the Product has shipped, returns and refunds will be governed by the standard Return Policy available on the govos website.

govos reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion, including in cases involving pricing errors, suspected fraud, inventory limitations, compliance concerns, or payment issues.
